Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders:

  • Wholesale Orders: Free shipping on orders above 25 kg

  • Retail Orders: Free shipping on orders above 5 kg

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking ID.
You can use this ID to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website in real-time.

We want you to love every Oishi Bruu product you receive. In the rare event that something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable items such as fresh mushrooms (unless damaged or defective upon arrival)

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

  • Items purchased during clearance sales, special deals, or promotional discounts


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Return Approval

Once we review your request, we will notify you whether your return is approved.

Refund Policy

Refunds are offered under the following conditions:

  • If the product is out of stock for more than 5 working days after your purchase

  • For eligible returned items after we receive and inspect the product

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

In some cases, we may offer:

  • A replacement product


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item), and inspected as such, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
